Can you provide support and companionship to an older lady in these isolating times?

This house is in Lode, Cambridgeshire. It comes as part of a Two Generations Homeshare, in which you will commit to approx. 10 hours per week of help in the home.

The current homeowner is a lady in her 80's. She was previously school teacher and enjoys reading, music, going to the cinema and has a very friendly house cat.

She is looking for companionship and the reassurance of an overnight presence in her home. She would like someone who can prepare and share an evening meal 4 or 5 times per week, can help with a few household chores and enjoys a game of scrabble!

The ideal sharer will be someone who enjoys cooking, chatting and has a good sense of humour. The sharer should be working or studying full time with some time available during their evenings to offer some household support.
THE SHARER MUST BE DOUBLE VACCINATED.
DUE TO THE LOCATION A DRIVER WOULD BE BENEFICIAL.

The property is a lovely house close to a bus stop and a 30 minute drive to the centre of Cambridge.
The sharer has a single room with lots of storage space, including a desk with chair. There is also access to a shared bathroom. The sharer is welcome to use of the rest of the home including kitchen, lounge/dining room. The house has a well kept garden and on street parking.

We have various policies in place to allow shares to take place during the Covid Pandemic and safety of both parties is our first priority.
