I have a large master bedroom available situated less than 5 miles from Cambridge and less then 10 miles from the city centre, with access via A14 and M11 within minutes.

Close to the guided busway for access to the science park by bus or cycle.

There is a local co-op in the village and large 24h Tesco superstore a short drive away.

Bills included along with Wi-fi and Sky TV with BT sports.

Must be clean, tidy and respectful professional - Non smoker preferred.

The master bedroom is fully furnished with built in double wardrobe, king size bed, 2 x bedside tables and chest of drawers. Loads of natural light with a south facing window over the garden. Off street parking is also available.

The house is down a quiet cul-de-sac, has a spacious living room with 2 large sofas, plenty of storage space, large kitchen and separate dining room, along with a bathroom and 2 separate toilets. There is also a nice sized garden with a shed where you can store a bike.

The 2 other rooms are currently rented out to 2 very nice, young professionals working in Milton, one as an engineer and the other as an animal researcher.

I am a live-out landlord, who lives in London. This was my first home, so I care a lot about it, I am always approachable and would like someone who will respect/care for the house, as if it is their own.
