Double Room close to busway and lakes with parking

Hi there

The room is a double and has had a new mattress in the past two months. You will share a bathroom with one other female. There is a large lounge and a garden filled with flowers. Off road parking available.

Longstanton bus garage is 5 mins walk from the house through the park. I cycle into central Cambridge and it takes me about half an hour. The science park is a 15 min bus ride and Cambridge north 20 mins.

You will share with two women. I am a phd student and lecturer, I usually work from home in the day. The other housemate is a student at ARU and is studying business. I am 36 and gay and she is 30.

We are looking for a female to join our home (or trans, NB or other queers ) this room is not available for a cis gendered male.

I am not looking for couples at this time.

The room is available from the 1st September.
