Seeking a flatmate in a 2 bed house

I am a working professional, and I have a fully-furnished small double room in a 2-bed house in Northstowe, available from 15th October, 2024 (flexible dates). I am seeking a lodger, ideally a working professional, who keeps the house tidy and organised. EPC rating B.

The walk to the Longstanton P&R bus stop takes 7-10 mins and there are frequent buses to Cambridge City Center and Science Park every 10-15 mins in weekdays. The nearest supermarket (Coop) is about 7 mins away by cycle. There is a dedicated parking spot, and I have a spare bicycle available upon request.

The house is pet-friendly, but provisions (if any) may have to be discussed. Rent is inclusive of all bills.
