Hi! I’m Ana and I live with my husband Donovan in a warm, friendly 3-bedroom home in Longstanton (CB24 3). We’re looking for a tidy, respectful housemate to rent our spacious ensuite double room - you’ll have the entire top floor to yourself!

We’re both professionals in the entertainment industry - I work in events and Donovan is a venue technician. Our work schedules vary and sometimes include late shifts, so we’re often on different routines. We also live with four sociable and calm cats, so being a cat lover or at least comfortable around them is essential - they’ll definitely come say hello from time to time!

- End-of-terrace 3-bed home with off-street parking
- Spacious living room
- Central heating throughout
- Fully equipped kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven, hob, air fryer, toaster, utensils and drying rack
- Ground floor
- Pantry-style storage cupboard in the living room
- Private office (first floor) used by us
- Wi-fi

*Note: All kitchenware belongs to us, but you’re welcome to use it respectfully - or bring your own if you prefer.

Your room - Private Ensuite + Walk-in Closet (top floor)

- Fully furnished: double bed, desk + chair, two chest of drawers, ottoman storage seater, shelves, bedside table and a full body mirror

- Ensuite bathroom: shower, towel radiator rack, storage shelves, mirror and bin

- Walk-in closet: hanging rail, shoe rack, built-in shelf, storage units

- Dimmable lights + northwest-facing window + skylight in the bathroom

- Total space: Bedroom (12x10 ft), Bathroom (5x7 ft), Closet (5x5 ft)

Transport links

- 25 mins to Cambridge by car, 14 mins to Cambridge North
- Guided Bus A/B every 20 mind (Longstanton Park & Ride - 19 min walk or 3 mind drive from the house) - 37 mins to the city
- Village bus 5 every 30 mins from Ladywalk bus stop on the high street which is 7 min walk from the house - 38min to Cambridge.

We are looking for a single professional or postgrad student, cat-friendly, clean and respectful. Couples will be considered with rent amendment due to the bills. You’re welcome to work from home.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT: You have to be have the right to stay in the UK and, if you work, you need to have the right to work.
