Double room available

Hi!

I live in my 2 bed, end of terrace house and am looking for a part time trustworthy lodger.

The house is in Longstanton, just a few miles outside of Cambridge, which is very close to the A14 and is on the guided busway & dedicated cycle route into Cambridge. The village has a post office/convenience store, take away, pub/Chinese take away and Co Op. There is a Tesco Extra in the next village.

The house is a 7 year old end of terrace with a reasonable size garden containing table and chairs. It also has 2 allocated off road parking spaces (one for the lodger to be able to use)

The bedroom itself is a large double and is kitted out with a double bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, table and chair and tv. There is an upstairs bathroom with shower over bath, sink and toilet. Downstairs there is a lounge with 2 sofas, large tv (currently with virgin, Netflix etc), a kitchen with table and chairs, oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher. There’s also a downstairs toilet.

I'm a 42 year old healthcare professional who's lucky enough to work week day hours, currently from home. When I'm not working I tend to like to read, do some yoga, watch rubbish tv or cook for friends or fiancé.

I'm hoping to find a lodger who is friendly, considerate, clean and tidy and looking for a place to stay a few nights a week (it doesn’t have to be weekdays).

I like to live in a clean environment and am not a leave dirty dishes out kind of woman- so looking to find someone who also likes to live that way.
