Single bedroom plus study room in thatched cottage

A beautiful, University-owned thatched cottage in the centre of Madingley village. Right next to the Cambridge University field station and Madingley Hall (centre for continuing education). A few miles' cycle to Cambridge, particularly handy for those based in West Cambridge.

One tenant already lives in the house, a professional botanical artist who works from home. Non smoking female, vegetarian.

Shared bathroom and small shared kitchen.

The single bedroom is upstairs and has a small built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and single bed.

The small study room is downstairs, with desk and window overlooking the front garden.

Bills are included, and the broadband is an acceptable speed for normal video streaming.
