Nicely decorated, very clean room in large detached house. Use of shared bathroom and kitchen (all utensils supplied). Washing machine, freezer, microwave. WI-FI available. Off road parking. Room for a bicycle in garage.

Person must like pets and must be considerate of others. Want someone over the age of 30. No smoking in the house but okay in the garden.

Room has single bed, bedside cabinet, bureau, desk, chair and wardrobe. Own fridge on landing outside bedroom. Bed linen provided and towels if needed.

Toilet rolls, hand soap, washing up liquid and house cleaning materials are provided free of charge.

Will also consider doing washing and to changing the bed each month.

This is a quiet household.
