The back bedroom includes a small double bed (bedding can be provided), wardrobe, bedside table, and draws. There will be access to the shared downstairs bathroom with a bath and shower. Kitchen/diner with dishwasher, washing machine, own cupboards, and shared space in fridge/freezer.
Cosy living room with some decorating still to be completed such as shelves to be fitted. There is a TV with NowTV and unlimited internet. Also, a resident cat.
Large garden with a brick outhouse with the potential to store bike securely.

Live in landlady. All bills included.
