Double bedroom in a new build detached

Hi, we have a bedroom available to rent in a modern new build house.
There are 4 bedrooms but only 3 will be occupied, plenty of space available both inside and outside.

Living room has a large sofa and we’re getting armchairs also to create a reading/gaming corner.
There’s a massive open plan kitchen/dining room with a utility room and plenty of cupboard space. A large fridge-freezer is only shared by 2 occupants.

Downstairs W/C and a separate under stairs cupboard for jackets etc.

Upstairs, 4 bedrooms (4th is a study/office) that is available to use if you’re currently working from home or need somewhere to get work done.

Large family bathroom will be shared between only 2 occupants and it has a large cupboard for all your needs.

Bedroom is a double and comes furnished with a king size bed (bed can retract to become a single), a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a dressing shelf & large mirror.

All of the upstairs is carpeted.

Outside we have a large patio area with raised beds for plants & flowers, there’s a large lawn and shed.

The house is located on a drive shared with only 1 other detached house so there’s no traffic noise from any direction. Green views to the front, large park and river close by. It is close to the A141 with many shops and amenities like Tesco, Aldi, B&M etc nearby.

I have 2 very well trained dogs (golden retriever and a springer spaniel). They cause absolutely no bother, really loving and friendly bunch. They only have access to the downstairs.
