A clean, comfortable furnished room with en-suite shower/bathroom, recently refurbished and suitable for single occupancy by employed person (ideal for teachers, hospital staff, engineers, self-employed contractors etc.). The house is situated in the Conservation Area of Market Deeping - a lovely historic market town. Several pubs, shops and food options are only a short walk away in the town centre. Good bus service to Peterborough and Bourne as well as free off-street and on-street parking nearby.
The house has a shared kitchen, sitting area and utility room with laundry facilities. Clean towels and bedding are included, plus weekly cleaning of all areas and a few household basics. As homeowner I have my own separate accommodation to the back of the house and am available to help if needed.
