There is a local bus service which stops less than 1 minute away and operates every 30 minutes to Peterborough. A bus service from the market place operates to Stamford and Bourne.

The Doctor's surgery is 3 minutes walk away. Tesco is 3 minutes walk away but far enough away not to be of any significance to Hawthorn Close.

Room consists of double bed, built in wardrobe, bedside cabinet. Further items of furniture are negotiable.

There is a separate sitting area apart from the one that the owners use. The second sitting area is mainly for lodgers use with landlady having access.

There is off road parking available for those lodging (garage parking unavailable) and a lovely rear garden.
