A good sized double bedroom in a warm, modern and spacious house. There is a large, open plan kitchen / dining room with utility area equipped with a double oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Use of garden with washing line. A large lounge with two sofas, beanbags, cable TV and woodburner for cosy evenings. All bills included as is broadband and cleaner. There is good off road parking but unfortunately no garage / storage space is available.

The room is furnished with a double bed which has two storage drawers, bedside drawer units, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is room to have a desk if required and you would also have exclusive use of a bathroom.

The house is quietly situated at the end of a cul-de-sac in the village of Milton which is three miles from Cambridge city centre. Good bus links to the city, Cambridge North train station and Science Park. The station and Science Park are easily walkable. Good road links to the recently improved A14 and M11 less than 10 minute's drive. Milton itself is well served with a 24 hour Tesco, One Stop, takeaways, pubs, fitness centre, doctor's surgery and many more businesses.

Currently there is myself, the house owner, and one other lodger. I am looking for a quiet, respectful, clean and tidy person and you will receive the same in return.
