We are Clelia & Claire, and we have a spare room that will become available from the 11th of October, ideally suited for someone working on Science or Business Parks.

I have lived here for over 3 years and Claire about 2 years, and we both love living here.

The house is modern and set in a great location with lots of amenities close by, such as supermarkets, pubs and take aways, Milton country Park etc, and with easy access to the city centre and A14. It's ideally located for a professional walking or cycling to the Science Park or Cambridge city centre.

The house itself is very spacious and modern - it has a large driveway, a garage with lots of storage space, open kitchen, a really big garden, shared upstairs lounge and a large bathroom with Jacuzzi.

The double room available is located on the ground floor, and is very light and spacious.

We are both relaxed, clean and tidy people who are looking for a professional, considerate and respectful house mate. The room is available for a minimum term of 6 months.

The rent per month for the room is £483 bills not included.

Council tax - £56 p/m (each)
Gas and electric - £38 p/m (each) - this slightly increases during the winter months
Water - £20 p/m (each)
Internet (broadband) - £14.5 p/m (each)

Rent including Bills = £611.5

Deposit is £557.69 which would be paid to the leaving house mate.
