Double room (A good size room in a clean house)

A good size double room in a very clean and newly decorated house. (new bathroom and bedroom has been re-decorated). The house is quiet with two other people and a lovely shy CAT. We would like to rent the room to a quiet female student, (student only) who likes her own space and privacy. Must be a clean and tidy person who is happy to clean after herself.

Restrictions: Please kindly note: We like our privacy and for safety reasons no friends or boyfriends will be allowed in the house - In return, we will provide a quite, safe and secure environment for yourself to complete your studies.
Due to religious background no alcohol or pork is allowed in the house and would appreciate if you can respect that.

The house is in Milton village, next to Tesco supermarket. There is a bus service and also the Milton Park and ride that takes you to the city centre and the Universities, also Cambridge North train station is a bicycle ride away.

£690 per month inc free Internet.
All bills included. (Minimum 6 months stay )
