We would like to rent the room to a quiet female student, (student only) who likes her own space and privacy. Must be a clean and tidy person who is happy to clean after herself.
Please kindly note: for safety reasons no friends or boyfriends will be allowed in the house - In return, we will provide a quite, safe and secure environment for yourself to complete your studies.
The house is in Milton village, next to Tesco supermarket. There is a bus service and also the Milton Park and ride that takes you to the city centre and the Universities, also Cambridge North train station is a bicycle ride away.
