Sunny double room overlooking garden

Hi all, I'm looking for a friendly second person to rent a sunny two bed house in Kings Hedges with a huge garden, large shared living space and well equipped kitchen. My lovely housemate is moving in with her partner and leaving the room vacant in early November.

The house is very well connected within 5 min walking distance to the shops, with 3 different bus lines within 10 min walking distance, and 20 min to the Cambridge North station. If you cycle it's next to the wonderful Milton cycleway, and a 10 min cycle to big Tesco, or 15 min cycle to the city centre.

The room is fully furnished with a double bunk bed, but flexible if you want to bring your own, and over looks our garden, on the south side (so full winter sun in the morning). I really love this house and it's kooky layout with two separate shares living spaces and a kitchen, and I hope you will too!

I'm a working professional and I love a good chat, shared meal or boardgame so I'm looking for someone who will not be a ghost in the house.

It's 600£ PCM, without bills. We manage the bills ourselves and it's usually about £150 per month, including splitting the council tax (Band C)

I'll be doing viewings on the weekend of the 18-19th but can organize for a weeknight as well.
