Double room in Milton, Cambridge

I have a double room for rent in my lovely little house in Milton, Cambridge.

I'm a happy, professional female looking to share with someone sociable and friendly.

The house is located close to the Cambridge science park and also to the Milton park and ride.

The room itself is an unfurnished double (currently has a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe band dresser) but my current room mate - and now good friend - is moving out as she's found love (in a hopeless place!) so will be moving in with her boyfriend.

All bills are included - single occupancy only - female preferred - happy and friendly essential - clean and tidy would also be ideal.
