We are Stu & Clelia (not a couple) and we have a spare room that is ideally suited for someone working on Science or Business Parks.

I've lived here for 3 and half years and Clelia 1 and half years and we both love it.

The modern house is set in a great location with lots of amenities close by, such as supermarkets, Milton country Park and with easy access cycling to the city centre. It's ideally suited for a professional walking or cycling to the Science Park.

The house itself is very spacious modern build with a large driveway, open kitchen, garden, shared upstairs lounge and large bathroom with Jacuzzi.

The double room available is spacious, private and has considerably large built in storage.

We are both relaxed, clean and tidy people who are looking for a professional, considerate, relaxed and respectful house mate. The room is available for a minimum term of 6 months.

Bills are worked out evenly between us.

The rent per month for the room is £486 bills not included.

Council tax - £49 p/m (each)
Gas and electric - £25 p/m (each)
Water - £19 p/m (each)
Internet (broadband) - £11 p/m (each)

Rent including Bills = £590

Deposit is £697.50 which would be paid to the leaving house mate.
