Room to let in quite area but still close to town

I have a double room to let , freshly redecorated , new bed , TV... wifi around the property Nice garden and patio plus hot tub to use, big lounge to share plus plenty of room in the kitchen with large fridge plus cooking facilities. bills all included. I have a cleaner come once a week should you require it. located just out of town but close to the A47 to Kings Lynn/ Peterborogh I would prefer a professional person, females only, sorry no guys at the moment , no DSS must be clean and tidy as i take pride in my home , please feel free to come and take a look.

I would just like to add as i've been inundated with calls and messages that it's a double size room but only looking for one person, not two.
