Double furnished newly decorated room

A double furnished room is on offer. Newly decorated and carpet cleaned. There is a new kitchen and bathroom fairly recently. Sharing with two mature professional guys. I live in an apartment attached. It is expected that the new person is working, not a student and happy to keep up the high clean standards in this very quiet household. It is a friendly household while respecting privacy. Oakington is a quiet village with local well sticked shop and pub which does very good food. We are situated a couple of minutes from A14.
