Quiet location 6 miles from city centre, bus-stop is no more than 1min walk from house Citi 6 to the centre in approx 20mins. 15mins walk across the opposite side of the village is the guided busway, A and B routes.

Situated a few miles from the M11/A14 there is good access to most transport routes.

1x housemate works from home as such the living space isn't easily shared however there is a bathroom which would mostly be considered "yours".

We're a relaxed sociable but hardworking bunch, smokers welcome but some conditions apply :)
