Dog Lover Wanted

Double room available in a shared house in Fletton with live-in landlord(me). The room is furnished with a double bed, bed side cabinet, floor lamp, drawers, wardrobe, and built-in cupboard. Shared spaces include the kitchen, living room, bathroom(downstairs), front room, and a spare single bedroom(not renting out, for storage and guests). The property boasts a large garden with a patio, outdoor storage, lawn, pond, and stream. There is on-street parking.

I'm Emmy, 26, queer, and work locally sometimes from home. I'm often in the middle of a DIY project and am guilty of leaving them 90% completed. I've had two prior lodgers who can give references if you would like one.

I'm looking for a friendly, clean female or non-binary housemate who is down to hang out sometimes and will treat this as their home.

A dog owner is preferred as I have a dog named Stan and enjoy sharing dog-sitting duties. No cats tho as I'm allergic!
