Double Room Available – Family Home

A bright and spacious double room for single occupancy is available in our friendly family home.

We are a respectful family with three young daughters, and we rent out our 2 spare rooms. Our home is calm, clean, and well organised, and we’re looking for someone who will appreciate and contribute to that environment.

About the house

* Double room for one person only
* Shared bathroom (only shared with the other 1 tenant)
* Fast Wi-Fi
* Your own space in the fridge and freezer
* Family area is separate from the tenant area, giving everyone their own privacy
* Weekly professional cleaner for all shared areas

The other tenant is quiet, respectful and out working all day every day. So the house is generally very peaceful.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is:

* Working full-time or regularly employed
* Mature, responsible and respectful
* Clean, tidy and organised
* Looking for a quiet place to call home
* Planning to stay for a reasonable period

We are not looking for someone who stays at home all day or someone who needs to spend long periods cooking. Cooking is absolutely fine a few times a week, but the kitchen is used frequently by our family during the day.

House Rules

* Quiet hours after 10:00 pm
* Please help keep shared areas clean and tidy
* Respect for other tenants and the family is essential

A professional cleaner visits once a week to clean the communal areas. The contribution is £10 per week per room. If you prefer, you can clean the shared areas yourself instead of paying the cleaning fee.

* One week deposit required
* Weekly or monthly payments available
