I'm the home owner, and am ideally looking for an easy going, clean & tidy professional person/s, Working Full Time with respect for the property, & neighbours.

COUPLES are Welcome, but must BOTH be in FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT. The extra rent for a couple would be approximately £75 a month (£625 total per month) depending on the situation - to be discussed at the viewing.

I am the only other resident of the house, so there will only be myself to share the space and facilities with, so NO having to take turns like you would have to in a multiple occupancy house share!

The recently redecorated bedroom is furnished & has a Double bed, with Brand New mattress, a large double built in wardrobe with absolutely loads of storage space! There’s also 2 bed side tables, movable desk table suitable for books/magazines or laptop, TV cabinet, & a Recliner Chair.

The spacious house is in quiet cul-de-sac, with off street parking, & has a unique modern brickwork internal décor, with open plan kitchen, diner, & lounge, leading straight through to a new conservatory.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with all modern equipment - Washing Machine, Large Fridge/Freezer, Oven, Hob, Microwave/Convection Oven, Duel Compartment Air Fryer, Slow cooker, Omelette Maker, Kettle, Toaster etc, together with all pots, pans, crockery & utensils you could ever need!

Upstairs the bathroom has a shower with P-shaped bath, right next to the room, (virtually Ensuite), one other bedroom (mine), an office storage room, & absolutely loads of other storage space!

Outside there’s a fully enclosed garden, with decked patio, with furniture when weather improves.

– I’m an ex Publican of 20+ years, & very easy to get on with! I’m a big fan of adrenaline based motorsports, especially Stock Car & Banger Racing, plus Drag Racing, and spend most of my weekends visiting race meetings all around the country! I like watching detective style TV shows, as well as documentaries, amongst other things! I enjoy carp fishing, & I like classic rock music, but also plenty of other genres, as well as live bands.

There’s shops & Fish bar & Grill 400yds away, with a main shopping centre (Orton Centre) 0.6miles - (10 mins walk, or 3 mins drive away, and a major shopping precinct (Serpentine Centre) 8 mins drive.
Great travel links to the A1(M) for London, The North & Northampton, as well as Peterborough and all the main trading areas & facilities around Peterborough.
