Peaceful Spare Room

Spacious room available (I’m at home most days would prefer a lodger who’s working or something like Mon-Fri but happy to consider alternatives for the right person) in modest modern home.
Most importantly- there is only one small family bathroom NO ensuite - electric shower over the bath plus an extra downstairs toilet . I have an airy light kitchen dining room with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer etc and you’re welcome to sit out and enjoy the small garden.
On street parking always available. 10-15 minute walk to nearest bus stop, supermarket and several pubs.
I’m looking for a lodger who is independent, mature, tidy and respectful - if you’re good at cleaning up after cooking a meal, can load a dishwasher and see what needs doing we should get along just fine.....
