There is one spacious room with double bed, bedside tables, drawers and built in wardobe. Sole use of family bathroom.

I am the only person living here and will not be letting out other bedrooms, so the house won't be crowded!
We will share the kitchen and living space.
The house has 1 parking space and on-street parking outside.

The neighbourhood is lovely with a lot of green spaces and local shops a 15 min walk away.

The property is located just a 4 minutes walk from bus stops, with easy access to Cambridge city centre (10 miles), Cambourne (3 miles), Huntingdon (7 miles) and St Neots (7 miles). Good transport connections to A1198 and A428.
