Double Room with Own Bathroom - Available

Ideally looking for Mon-Friday, but 7 days not an issue

Located in Papworth Everard, a small village on the outskirts of Cambridge and a stones throw away from Papworth Hospital

I'm looking to rent out the spare double room in my home.

The room has a TV point, side tables, wardrobe, chester draws, double bed and you will have your own personal bathroom with bath and shower (although not en-suite).

The property consists of lounge, fitted kitchen with all equipment (hob, oven, microwave, toaster, washing machine, tumble dryer, cooking utensils, crockery & cutlery etc) individual parking space and small rear garden with seating. Broadband, and all bills included (Except phone)

I'm easy going, relaxed but at the same time its my home so I expect it to be treated with respect and kept tidy and no dirty dishes left in the sink!!

I would prefer no visitors as I don't wish to feel uncomfortable in my own home, but acceptable if infrequent and I have prior notice.

I enjoy healthy eating, drinking and an active lifestyle, so a no to any smokers!
