Two rooms for rent in a clean tidy house

I have two rooms available one being a double and one being a single room. They are both furnished with everything you should need in a room.
The house includes a shared bathroom, kitchen, lounge/dining room and garden.
I am looking for tenants who are clean and tidy. I would welcome tenants who would like a room mon-fri which means I would drop the rent slightly.
