Room Near Town, University And Park

I have a nice tidy home near the City Centre in Peterborough. The room has a shower and toilet next to it for your use. I also have a downstairs bathroom. The house has a conservatory, lounge, dining room and kitchen. It has 4 bedrooms but I occasionally have 1 person stay for a couple of nights a week(for work purposes). I don't mind when the person wants to move in and with a small deposit I would hold the room until you wish to move in. I am a friendly lady and do not have many visitors to my home so its peaceful and quiet. I am seeking someone who is tidy and considerate and a non smoker.

There are buses at both ends of my road and the walk to the city centre is about 15 to 20 minutes the train and bus station being about the same. There are also a lot of local shops 5 minutes walk away. It is a very central location. Easy access to Perkins parkway which joins the A1, A605 and A47 easy to get to.
