The house has everything you would want from your own property, the kitchen is brand new and gives you your very own private space to store your food. We provide you with your own crockery and cooking utensils to make your move much easier.
The living area is just the best place to socialise with your housemates and we have made this with you in mind, you have a couch, a table and chairs plus breakfast bar and of course a widescreen wall mounted 42” TV – don’t worry we cover the license fee.

Your bedroom is just awesome, a STUDIO ROOM WITH KITCHENETTE and EN-SUITE!
It has a large double bed with high quality mattress, a chest of drawers, a double wardrobe, an under the counter fridge we even have a desk and chair, so you can study or chill out.
Outside is a lovely appointed and well-maintained garden / patio and you are going to love chilling out here with a cold glass of beer or wine after a hard week at work.

Bills? Don’t worry we have that covered too, your monthly rent covers everything so all you need to do is budget for the one payment.
