I have a great room available in my 3 bed house, it is large and airy, it is furnished with:

The main bathroom is new with a power shower. There is a large communal kitchen with table and 4 chairs and a 3 seater sofa.
There is also a large lounge with conservatory which opens onto a lovely garden with decking and lawn perfect for summer bbqs.

The surrounding area is leafy, residential and quiet. There is a large park and a small local shop 1 min walk away or a large Sainbury's and Aldi is a 5 min walk. Other amenities include an ice skating rink, gym, bowling alley and a few pubs are all within walking distance.

You will be sharing the house with myself and my female housemate, we are both professionals in our early 30s we area respectful and considerate and mostly do our own thing, though like to occassionally socialise. We keep the house clean and tidy. Would like to share the house with someone like minded.
