The room available is a large double with en-suite, with plenty of storage, king size bed, side table, media unit and armchair.

The house is a Victorian semi, with lots of original features and character. It's situated a short walk from the train station and main shopping area. The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

There is no off road parking, but there is free street parking directly in front of the property.

You will be sharing with one other. I'm a 45 y/o professional, who has recently moved back to Peterborough after many years in London.

I now commute for work and have an early start during the week so, come evening I enjoy relaxing and the quiet life.

Those looking to rent on a Monday-Friday term, a reduced rate of rent could be agreed.
