£490 per month with all bills and council taxes included. High speed fiber internet is also included and TV license provided upon request.

Located in Hampton Center, a safe and idyllic neighborhood, near the waterfront of Serpentine Lake and Serpentine Green shopping center with access to a very large Tesco Extra and several other retailers (450 meters). Also within a 1km radius include: Aldi, Hampton leisure center and gym, pubs, restaurants and bus stops.

Kitchen appliances available including dishwasher tumble dryer, washing machine, fridge/freezer and A3 printer. Robot vacuum cleaner available for hands free hoovering. All communal areas will be cleaned regularly by the host.

Flexible in rental period with a minimum of 1 week. For short term stay, prices may differ:
- Between 1 week and 3 months - £140 per week with £100 deposit
- 3 months or over - £490 per month with £250 deposit
