Located in Hampton Center, a safe and idyllic neighborhood, near the waterfront of Serpentine Lake and Serpentine Green shopping center with access to a very large Tesco Exta and several other retailers (450 meters). Also within a 1km radius include: Aldi, Hampton leisure center and gym, pubs, restaurants and bus stops.

Kitchen appliances available including dishwasher tumble dryer, washing machine, fridge/freezer. All communal areas will be cleaned regularly by the host.

Flexible in rental period with a minimum of 3 months, £525 per month. Holding deposit will be up to one weeks' rent. Total deposit is £250.

We would prefer someone ideally not fully working from home and can keep up with the cleanliness.
