Home from home - village life ..

Hi, I have decided to rent out my spare room, in a lovely quiet village location in werrington village.
It's a small cottage, but it's a good sized double room, with a good sized kitchen and bathroom. The lounge is very snug, but there is also a dining room and plenty of outdoor space for the summer months.
I have 4 small dogs, so if you don't like dogs, then this won't be suitable for you.
Great WiFi is available as is use of the hot tub and garden room when it's finished. A lovely home from home, quiet retreat.
Ideally looking for a Mon-Fri rental, but happy to consider full time for the right person.
