Hello I have a Double room with en suite available from 7th sept 2018 is done to a good standard and is only 10 mins walk to Hospital and 5 mins to Bretton centre shops. The nearest bus stop is only 3 mins walk and only takes 15 mins to town. There is also our own private parking area. It is a rare occasion that these rooms come available as i find my lodgers are here for more than a couple of years i have to say we are more friends here than just lodgers. Am looking for professional person. The rent for this is £10pwk and £400 deposit.
There is a shared Dining/Kitchen area. If you like the sound of this then get in touch this is the only property in Peterborough that I have found that is of a good standard and well look after.
There is also a regular service of gardener. We are all expected to clean up after ourselves.
The house is clean and tidy and warm with a brand new combi boiler installed for instant hot water, The house is done to a very high standard and a luxury spacious kitchen. There is also a recently revamped back and front garden somewhere nice and quiet to relax at weekends in sun. Here am looking for someone who knows the rules of living in a shared house and most important keeping it clean and tidy after they have finished, and must be honest and considerate to other lodgers I am a live in landlord.

The rooms are fully furnished. There is also a Flat screen tv with built in freeview and dvd pc etc
In the kitchen there is a washing machine. fridge freezers, microwave. gas /electric oven. 4 Toaster. Ironing Board and Iron.
