Double room in large quiet house.

Double room for single occupancy in 4 bed house with nice lounge ,kitchen /diner with dishwasher. etc washing machine. 2 bathrooms/shower rooms. 20mg virgin media broadband. Garden .Close bus and shops. We are friendly but busy with work etc. but not too busy to have a chat and a drink. We clean as we go along and expect others to do the same. Would welcome someone else looking for somewhere to feel at home. As landlords we use the house about once a month.
