I am an in-house-landlord who has a double room up for Let. The room comes furnished and you will have access to: a shared open kitchen, a garden, 3 toilets (2 with shower and 1 with bath). The house is in a brilliant location as it is opposite a bus stop, local shops; 2 minutes from a Nisa and a 20 minute walk to Bretton centre and finally, it is 12 minute walk to the city hospital. I have previously had many nurses or NHS workers stay however, all working are welcome. I will require to see an up to date DBS and a passport or driving license if you wish to live here.
