Ensuite Bedroom in 2 bed flat

Hi!

I have a lovely double bed with it's own ensuite available from the beginning of August!

There is a large lounge which can offer as a work from home vibe, fully fitted kitchen (that has recently been refurbished). Big fridge, washing machine and oven. Room is a really good size and gets a lot of light and is in a quite area, also comes with plenty of wardrobe space. This room also has its own ensuite there is another bathroom that I use that has a bathtub (which you are more than welcome to use!)

The room has all bills included, I'll just need to confirm the deposit about and move in date would be around the beginning of August.

As it will be just the two of us id like to find someone who is considerate of other people's space, is clean and tidy. I'm also looking from someone to spend time with either have drinks in (or out) have dinner at times.

Also unfortunately due to the landlords rules we can't offer the room if you have pets (as much as I would love to have a fuzzy fur ball!)

A bit about me! I do like to play games and trying to get a gym routine down, also like to travel and would like to do that more, also spend time crafting away or knitting!

Viewings would be in the evening or the weekend so let me know if you are interested and a bit about yourself.
