My adult daughter has moved out leaving this bright small double bedroom available to rent.
The room is furnished with a double ottoman bed. Very comfortable new Tempur mattress - though my daughter will be wanting this back at some point so will purchase new mattress for you at that time. Large chest of drawers, bedside table/shelving unit and hanging rail. (Photos coming).
Shared access of driveway for multiple vehicles, garage, large garden, lounge dinner and kitchen. The bathroom with bath and electric shower is shared.
You will be sharing with myself and my 11 year old daughter. However she only lives here half the week. I work from home 2-3 days a week and am away every other weekend. This means you will have the house to yourself every other weekend.
We have 2 cats. Very friendly but kept out of the bedrooms.
The house is situated in a lovely part of Werrington, Peterborough. There is a bus stop, local shop, Chinese takeaway and pub a very short walk away. You are also less than 10mins walk from Tesco and Werrington Centre. House is very quiet and peaceful.
TV in living room has Netflix and Disney plus. Bills inc broadband and council tax (band C) are included in the price.
I am looking for a fellow professional female housemate to share my home with. Must be clean and tidy and share in keeping shared areas and your room clean.
No smokers, drug users, unemployed or pets (sorry). Single occupant only no couples.
Room available immediately for maximum 12 months. Would consider Mon- Fri and short stays too.
