We have two beautiful, spacious rooms available, just a 5-minute walk from the city centre, making it an ideal location for work, study, or enjoying everything the city has to offer.

We are open to adding additional furniture to suit your needs. The larger double room is suitable for couples, while the single room is for single occupancy only and has a En-suite.

The property is well equipped with two fridge freezers, as well as a washing machine and dryer, ensuring plenty of convenience for all tenants.
