Female Flatmate Wanted ASAP to start 28Jan-1Feb

Hello!

I'm looking for someone to take over half of my friend’s tenancy for a double room in a flat. This is due to her relocating for work purposes.

The rent is £448 not including bills but having lived here a year the monthly outings with all bills never runs past £700. The deposit for the flat is £559.37 (which I think they will deduct with the holding deposit).

You will have to be put through references with the lettings management, and pay an initial holding deposit of £118.87 to pass through references.

The flat itself is very near to the town centre, about a 10-12min walk to all the shops and Queensgate shopping mall. Tesco’s is the nearest, about 5-min walk away. We also have a parking space so if you’ve got a car you can have it.

The room has a built in wardrobe and storage and space for a double bed. The room does come unfurnished but my friend said she can leave the bed if you’re willing to buy it at a discounted price. It’s not an en-suite but you have the main bathroom to yourself.
