We are looking for clean and respectful professional housemates to share this all en-suite house.

Local amenities, shops, Tesco Express and pharmacy are just a few minutes walk.

Very spacious shared kitchen, with washing machine, tumble dryer, induction hob and fan oven.
Cupboard space is allocated to each room.

All bills, council tax, water, gas electricity and Broadband are included in the rent, there are no hidden costs - the monthly rental figure is all you pay.

Studios are fully furnished with a modern kitchenette and ensuite.

Room 1 benefits from double bed with storage space underneath, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk & chair and bedside table. USB charging points & tv points.

Room 2 is the garage conversion which is spacious and bright. Feel more independent but still close to the main kitchen. This room has 2 wardrobes, 2 sets of drawers and 2 bedside cabinets.

Kitchenettes are equipped with sink, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. You have access to communal kitchen fitted with multiple cooking and washing facilities.

En-suites are equipped with towel radiator, shaver/electric brush charging points and cabinet basin, cabinet mirror to ensure your comfort and enough storage.

The house has super-fast FULL Fibre Optic Broadband.

The communal rooms are cleaned regularly at no extra cost.
