About the landlord:
26yo Primary school teacher (no criminal history and DBS checked!) with two lovely cats, looking for a friendly, considerate and chilled lodger looking for a homely lodging situation. I am friendly, calm and quiet at home. I don’t often have guests, if I do it’s usually at weekends and 1-2 people at most for a few hours. I don’t drink, smoke or stay up late.
About the lodger:
A polite, friendly, professional person who is clean, tidy and respectful of house rules. I am kind, modern person so of course open to LGTBQ+ lodgers and people of all races, religions, genders, identities etc!
Must like cats as they are very friendly and will want to approach you for fuss and cuddles, they’re like two dogs trapped in cats bodies! All care for them is of course the landlords responsibility but they will approach you, so if you don’t like cats this isn’t the situation for you.
Ideally working typical, day time shifts. I don’t want to have to creep around the house during the day as to not wake someone sleeping in preparation for working night shifts.
Ideally, someone who doesn’t work from home all the time, occasionally days at home is fine but, using heating, electricity etc all day is expensive. There is space to work from home in the bedroom or at the dining table etc but this space wouldn’t be suitable for someone who works solely from home.
Would consider Mon-Friday working week lodger also.

- [ ] Garden, with patio and seating
- [ ] Cul de sac parking
All bills included and access to some common use items such as toilet roll, hand soap, dishwasher tablets etc (full list of what’s included in the price can be provided later)
Ideally no pets but would consider depending on the scenario.
Definitely need references and would like to meet in public to discuss the room before accepting anyone.
