This is a very friendly, tidy and quiet place to live. Most Tenants have been here a long time (average 5+ years) and respect the house and each other. If you want to party / make noise then this is not for you.

Whether you want to walk, drive or cycle around the city everything is an option with this location and we have plenty of parking available and a nice garden if you wish to spend time here.

The house is within walking distance of Ortongate Shopping Centre, which includes well known shops such as: Co-op, The Food Warehouse (Iceland), Lloyds Pharmacy, B&M, Starbucks, Greggs etc. As well as being walking distance to orton Southgate and lynchwood business park and Hampton.

There are regular bus services, as well as direct links to all major routes (A1 & A47 etc).
