I am looking for the right person to share my modern 2-bedroom flat in Fengate, Peterborough.
This is not a standard house share. I work internationally and travel frequently, so there will be long periods where you would effectively have the flat to yourself, mixed with occasional periods where I am staying in my own room while working in the UK.

Approx. 1 mile east of the city centre
Bus stop directly outside with access to Queensgate/station

Someone working hybrid or shifts
Someone wanting more privacy than a typical house share
No couples (HMO issues)
or students (council tax issues)

Electricity based on usage
Council tax B £1,428.56 per annum (to be shared)

Assigned parking space currently retained for owner use
The flat is currently empty and being set up, so I am looking to meet potential housemates during the week beginning 2 June. Move-in timing can then be flexible for the right person.
