General Features:
It is a nice double room with a double bed and a French window facing south. So you can exit to the garden from your room! We’ve been living in the area for five years and it is safe and quiet, with all the lovely neighbours. It’s great location means it has walking distance to most places while staying away from the noise. You will be sharing with my parents, both Chinese and have been living in the UK for more than five years.

Location:
• Nearest bus stop: 3 min walk, bus 4,5,8,36,37
• School &College nearby: 2-3min to Regional College Peterborough; 13min to Thomas Deacon Academy; 16min to King’s School Peterborough which is where I went to. PERFECT FOR STUDNET
• To town centre: 20min by walk or 7-15min by bus
• To local shops: 1-2min Costcutter; 10min large Sainsbury’s; 30min 24hr ASDA. All walking distance

Room facility:
• Study desk
• Double bed modern style with under-bed storage
• French window with heavy, sun-blocking curtain (The warmest room in winter and also amazing in summer to let the sun reaches the entire room!)
• A simple wardrobe to store your stuff

• Kitchen (4 gas hobs)

• Bath &Shower (separate from toilet)
• Garden- BBQ allowed, also you can grow some vegies or flowers if you wish! At the moment there are chives, some spring onions and a young walnut tree

Health and Safety:
This is a very quiet and safe area with good neighbours we have known for long, the two flatmates are my family and friend and we will introduce you to them before you decide to move in to make sure that everyone is happy.

Price:
£365 per calender month or £84 per week, with a deposit of 200GBP, which will be returned after you have moved out if there is no damage in the room and if no extra cleaning needed. There is no application fee.

*Note that we do accept couples, and the rent is 250 for each per month. The deposit would still be £200.
