Description

The property is a 3 bedroom townhouse, I will be based on the top floor in the master bedroom which has an en-suite. There is a double bedroom, small box room and bathroom on 1st floor - the bathroom will rarely be used by anyone other than the tenant in the double as I have an en-suite.

The room has a walk in large wardrobe, double bed, drawers under bed and side tables. It has full length windows/doors which open out. The room looks out over a big park area.

The other bedroom has a pull out bed for guests use. I am more than happy for guests to stay as long as prior notice is given.

On the ground floor there is a seperate kitchen, downstairs toilet and a large lounge/diner. There is a television, table and chairs, corner sofa and desk in the living area.

There is parking available on the road directly outside the property. I have a space to the rear where you can fit 2 cars but involves juggling when you come in and out, because of this my current housemate parks on the road outside.

I turfed the garden in september, but the weather has destroyed it, so it needs a bit of work, grass seed will be going down the end of march to try and save the grass. There is a garage to the rear which can be used for small storage items if required.

I have a small dog - I won't have any expectations for the tenant to have anything to do with the dog. He is very friendly and loves company. Depending on the occupant, he will not be allowed in the rented room or the bathroom, he will have access to the rest of the house.
