Beautiful flat with lakeside views

Hello, im looking for a professional housemate who works a normal working week. I have a double room for let in Hampton and this includes all bills and broadband.
The flat is fully furnished but the room is empty for the new housemate.
The apartment has a nice sized lounge, kitchen , bathroom - very modern and even a balcony to sit on in summer evening with lovely lakeside views - some of the best in Hampton. Hampton is great for amenities and just a stones throw away from the shops/restaurant's. Close to the gym too!!
